GPOYW - Night Two of having Pie for Dinner […This time without the side-dish of sadness.]

It’s been a very long day, but I’m actually feeling much better tonight. - A big ‘Thanks’ to all of you who helped to cheer me up last night!  And a special thanks to impeccablepeccadillo & onethousanddays for reminding me that there’s a new Thanksgiving tradition starting in three days, and that I’m truly not alone while I have all of you with me for the holidays.

Tonight, I am thankful that I will be meeting Melissa (onethousanddays) on Friday, and that we’ll be heading to NYC for a concert at Carnegie Hall that night.

I am thankful that on Saturday, Sara (impeccablepeccadillo), Things One & Two, Kiki (alittletoobroken), and Sara’s cousin Jon will be joining Melissa and I for “Turkey with Tumblrs” …and that after over a year of drooling over photos of Sara’s incredible looking desserts on my computer, I will finally be able to taste some of them! 

I am thankful for ALL of my Tumblr friends, who have been with me through the ups & downs over the past year.  Through deaths in my family, through blackouts, through heartbreaks, and through the loss of my pets, the support I’ve received from so many of you has meant the absolute world to me this past year.  

I am thankful that SNARK is less than three months away, and I’ll finally be able to meet & hug so many more of you in-person! - And for those who can’t come to New York in February, I’m hoping this will just be the beginning of me going out and meeting as many of you as I can. 

And YES, the pie is definitely tasting much better tonight…
