Sorry I’ve been slipping so much with my Project 365, multiple “crappy weather” days in a row last week lead to way too many rainy, dreary photos that I couldn’t even get myself motivated to post.
This shot was from yesterday afternoon, I had it all set to post last night except for my write-up, but couldn’t decide if I wanted to declare the project dead or not… I think I’ll still be taking & posting photos, but because of some major changes that are about to happen in my life I’m not sure if I’ll have the time to be on here as much as I used to be.
If I can keep my eyes open much longer, I might write up my TT post to explain more about what’s been going on… I only got 3 hours of sleep last night, & have been moving furniture around & cleaning since I got out of work this afternoon, so I’m not sure how much longer I’ll be conscious!

February 28th, 2012:  The sun returned today after yesterday’s “day of clouds”. Here are a couple of shots from my way home this evening. The first photo was taken down the road from where I work, and the second is the sunset over my apartment building just as I was arriving home earlier tonight.

I figured I should try to enjoy the sun while I could today, because winter weather is supposed to be returning here tomorrow, in the form of a “special” Leap Day snowstorm.

February 23rd, 2012:  I had a busy, but productive, day at work today, followed by a very hectic afternoon running errands, so I didn’t get a chance to take my usual amount of photos after work. - Thankfully I just barely got a chance to catch this shot through the trees outside of my apartment before it was too late.

February 14th, 2012:  A couple of nice shots on my way home from work this evening. - I like how it looks like the sun is “shooting” at the clouds in the first photo.

February 12th, 2012:  Finally a nice sunset, after a few straight days of having dark clouds blocking the view of it.

And while the skies towards the west were beautiful, in the last shot you can see that the view opposite of the sunset showed some dark, ominous clouds creeping in.

February 7th, 2012:  *Finally!* The photo-set I’ve been trying to post since 7:30 tonight… Some nice cloud shots, with a few peeks at the sun, from my trip home from work this afternoon.

I wrote more with these earlier (when I tried to post them a bunch of times), but now my brain is tired and I can’t remember the rest of what I wrote.

February 3rd, 2012 [Part 2]: Since I haven’t had a great sunset to post in a couple of days, today you get two versions:

- Photo #1 is a filter-free shot of today’s sunset, from my after-work walk today… including some birds photo-bombing the sunset.

- Photo #2 is from the same view, taken about 30 seconds later, using the “Clarity” filter. This filter captured the actual lighting of the afternoon much better, and when viewed full-size the sky almost looks like a painting.

I absolutely love the way the birds look in the second photo, flying directly into the sunset. - I didn’t even notice how cool the birds looked in this when I first viewed the pics on my phone, and was surprised once I saw them to my laptop.

January 30th, 2012:  The sky as I was leaving work late this afternoon.

I’ve been staring at these two photos for a couple of hours now, trying to decide which one to post, and I’ve just finally decided that I literally can’t choose… so here’s *both* of them.
