March 8th, 2012: A couple more photos taken during my lunch break this afternoon… It was ridiculously beautiful today, especially for the first week of March in Connecticut.

One more photo taken on my way home this afternoon… I’m simply calling this one: “Crossing Streams”. <Please, insert joke here>

March 7th, 2012: From earlier this afternoon: the sun trying to fight it’s way out through some odd cloud patterns. - I tried to upload these earlier when I actually had some time, but of course that was *exactly* when Tumblr had to start screwing up!

March 6th, 2012: A couple of shots from my way home this afternoon. Those damn birds (in the tree in the 2nd photo) were freaking me out today. Besides congregating in that tree, there were a bunch more circling around above my neighborhood & swooping down every now & then.

Sorry I’ve been slipping so much with my Project 365, multiple “crappy weather” days in a row last week lead to way too many rainy, dreary photos that I couldn’t even get myself motivated to post.
This shot was from yesterday afternoon, I had it all set to post last night except for my write-up, but couldn’t decide if I wanted to declare the project dead or not… I think I’ll still be taking & posting photos, but because of some major changes that are about to happen in my life I’m not sure if I’ll have the time to be on here as much as I used to be.
If I can keep my eyes open much longer, I might write up my TT post to explain more about what’s been going on… I only got 3 hours of sleep last night, & have been moving furniture around & cleaning since I got out of work this afternoon, so I’m not sure how much longer I’ll be conscious!

February 29th, 2012: It would figure that the one time winter truly showed up here during the entire month of February would be on the *extra* day we get this year. I can’t really complain though, because we’ve really been lucky this year, especially compared to last year’s record snowfalls. [Plus, I’m still just happy that we didn’t have any of this snowy weather a couple of weeks ago for SnarkNYC.]

It’s been really funny seeing everyone around here completely flipping-out over a few inches of snow, it’s almost like they’ve all completely forgotten how bad last year was, when we wouldn’t even have been fazed by any storms that were less than a foot!

The first shot here are the trees next to my office building, where I’ve taken many of my favorite sunset shots, looking completely different today as I left work. The second photo is the view looking directly out from the front of my apartment building.

February 28th, 2012: The sun returned today after yesterday’s “day of clouds”. Here are a couple of shots from my way home this evening. The first photo was taken down the road from where I work, and the second is the sunset over my apartment building just as I was arriving home earlier tonight.

I figured I should try to enjoy the sun while I could today, because winter weather is supposed to be returning here tomorrow, in the form of a “special” Leap Day snowstorm.

February 27th, 2012: *Sorry this is late* - I fell asleep early last night, still fully dressed from work yesterday, and just realized this morning that I never got around to uploading these pics…

It was nothing but clouds all-day-long yesterday, and they just got worse as the day went on. The first shot was overhead at lunchtime yesterday, when there was still some hope that the sun might come out from behind them; but as you can see from the second photo taken as I was leaving work a few hours later, the clouds just got darker & more ominous as the day went on.

February 26th, 2012: I would love to say that I purposely took dusk/nighttime photos to match up with the February photo-a-day theme, but that would be a big, fat lie… In truth, I couldn’t get my lazy ass out of the shower & dressed before 5pm today, so these were taken after I got out too late to catch today’s sunset, on my way to finally getting something for dinner this evening.

[My Project 365 post for *yesterday*…]
February 25th, 2012: Sorry no outdoor photo today, earlier in the day when I went out to breakfast it was still kind of grey & “blah” outside, so I decided to wait and hope the weather cleared up… and it DID! - Then just as I went to go out to take some nice sunset shots, the beautiful weather suddenly switched, in true New England fashion, as we were hit with a quick, sudden snow squall - complete with crazy swirling winds!
…It was at that point that I decided to turn around, go back into the house & continue listening to some of my new, recent vinyl purchases, as shown above (… and to be discussed more in a future Vinyl Sunday post.)
[Also pictured: a few of the Valentine’s Day presents I received, which are now displayed around my record player. (The hand-made plaque reads: “Love is Friendship Set to Music”) - I also received a few great albums from my Sweetie, which I will post later with my Vinyl Sunday posts.]

February 24th, 2012: [The photo that the Tumblr App wouldn’t let me post from my phone this morning …and then I forgot to post when I got home earlier.] The exact same trees I took my sunset shot through the night before, early this morning after a *surprise* overnight snowfall.
