Green Jellÿ - Three Little Pigs
I’ve still got this on pink vinyl!
Reblogging for a quick story: This song first hit the college radio stations when I was a freshman in college. (When their name was still “Green Jello”, before they got sued by the Jello people and had to change their name.) My friend was in a TV Production class, and made a very fun music video for this song as one of her class-projects, and in her video *I* got to play the third pig -the ‘Genius’ one, which I played in full Cap & Gown, Lanny Poffo-style! (perhaps only Cullen will get that wrestling reference!)
I really wish I still had a copy of that video, she won an award for it, so it actually ended up running on the local public-access station here for a few months! We shot it in ‘93, so it was unfortunately long before the YouTube-age.
